Katie has over a decade of EMS/Fire/Dispatch experience in the greater Springfield and Berkshire County area. She is a current paramedic with years of experience educating fellow EMTs & paramedics, both in the field and the didactic setting. She completed her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from Bay Path University. She is currently pursuing her graduate degree in Healthcare Management with a focus in Public Health at Bay Path University. She joined our team as an AHA coordinator in the fall of 2023 and will now spend her time working at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield as the Central EMS Coordinator. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her wife, 3 children, and many pets.
