Nick is a Western Massachusetts transplant, who chose to make the region home after entering the EMS field 16 years ago. He has served as a paramedic in a host of capacities throughout his career to include municipal, private, and tactical EMS work. Nick comes to Baystate with an extensive knowledge base in operational EMS leadership, and currently holds a bachelor’s degree in EMS Management from Springfield College. He continues to serve as a Tactical Paramedic for a municipal service within the region and is exceedingly passionate in educating EMS providers on active threat response and care, along with stress resiliency in first responders. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and children, reading, and going to the gym. He will be working primarily in the Baystate Franklin region.
