Melissa is a paramedic who has worked in Western Massachusetts for the last 16 years. Melissa specializes in Quality Improvement and EMS education. She has years of dispatch experience and her impeccable organization and attention to detail are some of her strongest attributes. She has spent the last few years implementing and strengthening a robust Education and Quality Assurance program, with a passion for respiratory care. Melissa comes to the Division of Prehospital and Disaster Medicine as an experienced AHA instructor for multiple disciplines, as well as NAEMT AMLS. In her free time, Melissa competes in triathlons, is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Melissa will spend her time at Wing Hospital.
