Seth Kelly, MD, MBA, FACEP, FAEMS
Seth has more than 25 years of operational experience in prehospital medicine in the fire/rescue/EMS service as well as strategy and management consulting experience in homeland security, disaster preparedness, and emergency response. He completed an emergency medicine residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, and an EMS fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh, where he also served as a flight physician for STAT MedEvac. He is dual board-certified in Emergency Medicine and EMS, holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, and maintains his National Registered Paramedic licensure. He serves as medical advisor to several regional technical rescue, tactical, and wilderness search and rescue teams and is a medical officer with the National Disaster Medical System (NDMS) Trauma and Critical Care Team (TCCT). He is primarily responsible for the central Springfield (Baystate Medical Center) region in addition to overall leadership of the Baystate Health EMS program. Dr. Kelly is originally from Marblehead, MA, and is happy to be back in New England to meet, work with, and learn from all our prehospital clinicians in the region.
